電波サーベイ 利用規約

1. 適用

この規約は、HitoWave（以下「当方」）が提供する Android アプリ「電波サーベイ（Signal Survey）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に適用されます。本アプリを利用した時点で、この規約に同意したものとします。

3. 計測値について

本アプリの値は、端末のOSが提供する情報をもとにしています。端末・通信事業者・場所によって取得できない値があり、取得できなかった値は空欄のまま記録します。本アプリは簡易的な調査のための道具であり、法令上の適合判定や専用測定器による精密測定の代わりにはなりません。計測値と報告書の利用は、利用者の判断と責任で行ってください。

4. 禁止事項

法令に反する利用、他人の通信や機器への不正なアクセス、本アプリの改変・再配布、契約を共有して複数人で使うことを禁止します。

5. 提供の変更・終了

当方は、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。終了する場合は、終了日の30日以上前にアプリまたはこのウェブサイトでお知らせし、新規の購入と自動更新を停止します。終了後も端末内の記録は利用できます。

6. 免責

当方は、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、当方の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。責任を負う場合も、その額は直近12か月に利用者が本アプリに支払った金額を上限とします。

7. 規約の変更

規約を変更する場合は、このページでお知らせします。

8. 準拠法・管轄

日本法に準拠し、紛争は当方の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Signal Survey Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms apply to the Android app "Signal Survey" (the "App") provided by HitoWave ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. Pro (subscription)

3. Measured values

Values in the App are based on information provided by the device's operating system. Some values cannot be obtained depending on the device, carrier and location; such values are recorded as blank. The App is a tool for simple surveys and is not a substitute for regulatory compliance testing or precise measurement with dedicated equipment. Use measured values and reports at your own judgement and responsibility.

4. Prohibited use

Use that violates laws, unauthorized access to other people's communications or equipment, modifying or redistributing the App, and sharing a subscription among several people are prohibited.

5. Changes to or end of the service

We may change the App or end its provision. If we end it, we will announce this in the App or on this website at least 30 days before the end date and stop new purchases and automatic renewals. Records on your device remain usable after the end.

6. Disclaimer

We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence. Where we are liable, the amount is limited to what you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes to these terms

Changes to these terms will be posted on this page.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive court of first instance for any dispute.
